These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Invest Bridge Network (IBN) website and platform (the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
The Platform offers six package tiers - Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond - each with its own investment range, duration, and daily/monthly ROI rate as published on the Packages page. By activating a package, you agree to the specific investment amount, duration, and ROI rate applicable to that tier at the time of activation.
Daily ROI is credited to your account balance in accordance with the schedule described on the Platform. At the end of a package's contract duration, your original principal (capital) is scheduled to be returned in accordance with the terms of that package, subject to the cancellation and fee provisions described in Section 7.
Guaranteed rewards/mega prizes associated with a package tier are subject to the qualification requirements stated at the time of the offer (including, where applicable, a minimum number of active direct referrals) and are awarded solely at Invest Bridge Network's discretion once qualification is confirmed.
Members may share a unique referral link to invite new members. A referral commission is paid, at the percentage published on the Platform, when a referred member's deposit is approved. Invest Bridge Network reserves the right to withhold or reverse a referral commission where the underlying deposit is reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise made in violation of these Terms.

Accounts found in violation of this section may be suspended or permanently frozen, and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation, in accordance with our anti-fraud protocol.
The Platform charges processing fees as published from time to time, which may include (without limitation) a deposit fee, a withdrawal fee, a fund transfer fee, and an account cancellation fee. Current fee percentages are shown on the Platform and/or in our published package documentation and may be updated with notice as described in Section 13.
Investing involves risk. Daily ROI rates, projected returns, and guaranteed rewards described on the Platform are illustrative and subject to change, and are not a guarantee of future performance. You acknowledge that you are investing at your own risk and that Invest Bridge Network does not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or return of capital under all circumstances (including force majeure events, regulatory action, or extraordinary market conditions).
All content on the Platform - including text, graphics, logos, and software - is the property of Invest Bridge Network or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invest Bridge Network, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Invest Bridge Network may suspend or terminate your account, at its discretion and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or posed a risk to the Platform or other members. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to any pending obligations (e.g., active packages, cancellation fees).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
